Shipping policy

At Revuxa, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since we work with external logistics partners, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 to 12 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if available).
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery times are as follows:
– Belgium: 5 to 12 business days
– Netherlands: 5 to 12 business days
– Other EU countries: 7 to 15 business days
Please note: delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs checks, courier delays, or public holidays.
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will (if applicable) receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that not all products are shipped with tracking; this depends on the supplier.
If you receive a tracking number, it is your responsibility to follow up on the delivery of your package once it has been handed over to the courier. In the event that no tracking number is provided, you may always contact us at info@revuxa.com, and we will provide you with the tracking code as soon as it becomes available (if applicable).

Duties & Taxes
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties will be charged. If you order from outside the EU, you may be responsible for paying import duties or local VAT. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
